I’ve finally succumbed and have added the 100,000 Pyramid Slot to the list of free slots we have here on OCR. 100,000 Pyramid is based on the popular US game show 50,000 Pyramid and is developed by IGT. IGT of course being responsible for the development of some classic slot games such as Wolf Run and Cleopatra 2.
100,000 Pyramid is actually the second such slot in the television series developed by IGT, with the first being 50,000 Pyramid, which no doubt I will add to the site in due course. I have decided to go with 100,000 Pyramid first though as in my opinion it is a superior slot and more fun to play.
The Bonus Round in 100,000 Pyramid is called the Winner’s Circle, keeping in theme with the television program. The Winner’s Circle Bonus Round is unlocked by hitting three or more Winner Circle symbols on any of the five reels.
You are then shown a Pyramid whereby you have to choose a box, with the contents of which revealing additional spins, multipliers or the dreaded start free spins. This is actually very similar to how the bonus round in Pharaoh’s Fortune operates.
Regarded as somewhat as a high variance slot machine, 100,000 Pyramid is likely to appeal to high rollers, as such those of you that like a lot of game time for your money, you best stay away.
