Rome Casino - Rogue and Blacklisted
Edited reviewed in-house191 wordsby the EasyPlay.Vegas desk
Rome Casino is an online casino which is powered by the Top Game casino software, that since it’s launch in 2008, primarily to take advantage of the US Casino market, has been the recipient of numerous player complaints.
21+ No operator we name holds a licence from a state regulator, and what you are allowed to play is settled by the state you sit in, not by us. This desk books no wagers, holds no balances and deals no cards — every button hands you over to the operator, and the terms you agree to there are the operator’s own. Conditions ride on every offer. Who pays this site, and for what.
Rome Casino – Rogue and Blacklisted Casino
These range from slow payment of winnings to complaints concerning their customer support which has to be said borders on the insane and is of course, downright unprofessional.
Chat transcripts I have seen, include the CS Rep actually trying ( badly ) to chat up one of the players. I kid you not.
So apart from the shoddy support of players, what else is wrong with Rome Casino? Well aside the fact that in 2009 one of the games featuring in the casino was caught ‘cheating’ players, the casino as a whole is run badly. Very badly!
Low Withdrawal Limits and Painful Payment Process
Rome Casino also has one of the lowest withdrawal limits I have encountered at $1,500 a week. Furthermore, the player forums are awash with complaints of slow payment and problems.
Rome Casino could have been a great option for US players, but unfortunately the casino management have failed in so many aspects, that I have no option but to warn players to steer well clear.
Rome Casino is a rogue and blacklisted casino. Players avoid this casino at all costs!
